Procedure : Add grated ginger in water,lets boil it for 10 minutes then add honey and lemon to it. Filter it and then drink tea.
Cut the lemon into pieces , and smell it and it provide relief immediately.
Eat snacks before going to bed .snacks should have high level of protein. It helps to balance the sugar level in blood
Do breath exercise daily.
Suck small candies throughout the day.
Don't drink coffee or tea on empty stomach.
