Foods are garlic,ladies finger ,bottle gourd juice, fenugreek seeds ,curry leaves ,chamomile tea,grapefruit.

Cut the lemon into pieces and add cloves of garlic,then boil it together with 1 cup of water and let it for 8 hours,then strain and drink it . It helps to reduce cholesterol and helps in weight loss.drink this twice a day after breakfast and again before dinner.
