Home remedies for Food Poison


Food poisoning makes you dehydrated , so drink plenty of water.and it helps to keep you hydrated.

Ginger with honey
    Extract the juice from crushed ginger and add 1 tbsp honey to juice,then drink it. It helps to improves digestion process.
   
Water and cumin seeds
       Boiled cumin seeds with water, and let it for 15 minutes. then drink that water.

  Basil leaves juice with honey

         Grind the basil leaves until get fine paste then add water and honey to the paste,then drink it.

Drink  the lemon ,ginger and mint tea to improves the digestion process.

Drink Banana milk shake or eat raw banana to improves digestion process.


Note:
    Avoid the intake of oil food in evening time.because oil food slow down the digestion process.

    Eat light food for dinner.
