       Prepare the gravy with mung bean.

               Take 10 gram of flower and add half tbsp of pepper powder and cumin seeds powder and flower into 2 cup of water and boil it for 10 minutes strain and then drink up the water.

It helps to stop excess bleeding by having juice of banana flower.

How to prepare gravy?
            Small onion  : 3
            Pepper powder: 1 tbsp
            Cumin seeds : 1 tbsp
            Cloves of garlic: 5 
            Mung bean : 1 cup

Soak the mung bean in water for 10 minutes ,and then boil it for 10 minutes.

Take a pan and add 2 tbsp of gingelly oil into pan .

 Add cumin seeds and curry leaves and garlic and chopped small onion to the oil .

Fry these items until color turned to  brown. 

Add the boiled mung bean . after adding the moung bean add banana flower and required amount of water .

Cover the pan with lid. if the flower is cooked properly ,then off the stove.


It helps in reducing high blood pressure.

It is good for healthy kidney.
