Foods you should never eat on empty stomach

       You should not eat following foods on empty stomach,because it cause health problem if you eat on empty stomach. The foods are listed below.

Banana
         It is rich in potassium and magnesium. if you eat bananas on empty stomach which increase the potassium and magnesium level in blood

Spicy food 
             Causes the irritation in stomach.

Cool drinks
           It can slow down your digestion process.

Citrus fruits
           Stimulates the acidity problem.

Coffee
       Most of us drink coffee on empty stomach to get rid of drowsiness ,but it cause acidity problem.

Curd
             Having curd on empty stomach leads to gastric problem.

Note
     Just start your day with warm water or some other healthy drinks like cumin tea,warm water with honey,green tea.
