         Many people will follow the heavy diet and exercise to reduce the weight . but few want to gain the weight .here are the remedies to to gain the weight.

Fig
       Take two dried fig and soak them in water.
       Leave it in water overnight and eat the fig on next day morning.

Black Gram
       Include black gram(urad dal) in your diet. Black gram helps to gain the weight.

Black Chickpeas
          Take seven chickpeas and soak them in water.

          Leave it in water overnight. have it on next day morning.


Eat avacado to increase the weight.

Use soya oil in cooking.

Add curd in your diet to gain weight.

Drink almond milk .

Eat banana to gain the weight.

Sleep for 30 minutes in noon time.

Eat dry grapes in morning.

Sesame is good to gain the weight,so include sesame in diet.

Drink milk at least four times in day.

Add butter,cheese in your diet.
