Do massage  to restore warmth. 
How to do it?
 Take a warm coconut oil and massage your feet with warm oil for a while. 
Note: you can use olive oil too.

Place your feet on hot pack for a while to restore warmth.

Soak your feet in warm water for a while ,that helps to improve blood circulation.

Do foot exercise which helps to keep your feet warm.

Drink ginger tea.

 Socks helps to keep your feet warm,so wear the socks to protect your feet.
