Remedy for Loose Motion

          

                 Causes of loose motion are food allergy, overeating,
digestive problems,infection,etc .  Symptoms of lose motion are nausea,vomiting,lose stools,weight loss,watery stools . you could not do your usual work due to the lose motion problems . But you can treat the lose motion problem by simple home made remedies

Pomegranate
               
Pomegranate

            Drink pomegranate juice thrice a day that helps to lowers lose motion.

Lemon juice
                  
           It helps to stop lose motion.
                        

Ingredients
         Lemon juice :3 tbsp
         Sugar: 1tbsp
         Salt:1 tbsp
         Water: 1 glass
                 
                  Mix the above ingredients together and stir it.

                 Drink this juice at an every one hour until get results.

Cinnamon
         Cinnamon Powder: 1/2 tbsp
         Warm Water: 1 glass
         Honey: 1 tbsp
                         

                       Mix all the ingredients together and drink this juice on empty stomach.

                      You can do this method two times a day to treat bowl problems.

Butter Milk
                      

                      
                      Add a pinch of pepper and salt in butter milk.

                      Drink it at least three times a day.

Note: You can use cumin powder or turmeric powder instead of pepper powder.

Jamun  Bark
                       

                   Take one piece of fresh jamun bark and boil it for 10 minutes.

                  filter it then drink the water to stop the lose motion.
