How to take this bath?

                Just tie the wet cotton cloth on your head.

               Drink 3 to 5 glass of water before take bath.

               Wrap your body with banana leaves and tie it properly by thread.

                 It cause heavy sweating after 30 minutes , then remove the leaves.

                 Do breath exercise for 2 seconds ,then drink water with pinch of rock salt.
