Immunity Booster (Tips to improve immunity)

  • Hai friends,  Today am going to explain about the immunity boosting tips.
Tips 1:
        Drink hot milk with pinch of turmeric powder

Tips 2
           Drink ginger tea with 1 tbsp of lemon juice. 

Tips 3
               Have cardamom powder with 1 tbsp of honey to improve immunity.

Tips 4
              Try to include paper in your diet often.
Tips 5
          Eat vitamin c rich fruits.
Tips 6
            Try to include vitamin c vegetables.
