Receipe of mango ice cream



Hi friends, today am going to share you the receipe of mango ice cream because it is mango season and this receipe is very easy to prepare in home .the ingredients which are used to prepare the ice cream are avilable in house always.

Ingredients

          Milk:250 ml
          Corn flour: 1 1/2 tbsp
          Sugar: 1 cup
         Mangoes: 2 

Procedure

         Remove the outer layer of mangoes and then cut into small pieces.
           
        Add  4 tbsp of milk in corn flour and stir it well to get fine paste.

         Boil the milk for 3 minutes then add those corn flour mix in milk.

         Heat the milk till get semi solid form then let it cool .

         Grind the sugar and sliced mango pieces  along with those semi solid milk.
    
         pour the mixture into air tight container then keep it in freezer.

         Let it for 6 hours in freezer then grind that mixture again.

          again pour that mixture into air tight container and then keep it in freezer for 8 hours. Now mango ice cream is ready to serve.

Note:
           If you dont have corn flour in your house,you can use wheat flour.

           you can serve this ice cream for three members.
