Method:1 
How to use it?
 Ingredients
     Stem: Required amount
     Ghee:3 tbsp
     Urad dal: 1 tbsp
    Ginger: Small piece
    Coriander seeds:1 tbsp
    Pepper:1/2 spoon
    Cumin:1/2 spoon
   Tamarind: lemon size
Procedure:
        Heat the ghee for a seconds then put the stem fry it in ghee till get cooked properly. 
       Add all the ingredients and fry it in ghee for 2 minutes.
     Then blend it well until you get chutney form.
    Have this chutney once in a week.
Method 2:
   You can have raw stem on empty stomach to control blood sugar.
